We do not charge for LLM token consumption above cost — passed through transparently. We can deploy on Lovable AI Gateway, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or on-premise (Ollama / vLLM) based on your data-residency needs.

- What makes 'agentic AI' different from just using ChatGPT?
- Agentic systems combine LLMs with tools (databases, APIs, ERPs), memory, planning and human-in-the-loop control. They complete multi-step tasks — reconcile an account, prepare an audit sample, extract obligations from 200 contracts — not just answer questions. The engineering complexity is in orchestration, evaluation and governance, not the model itself.
- Is agentic AI compliant with EU AI Act and KVKK?
- It depends entirely on how it's built. Most off-the-shelf 'AI copilots' cannot demonstrate the risk-management, transparency, human-oversight and logging controls the EU AI Act requires for high-risk uses. We design for these obligations from day one and deliver an AI system card mapping to Article 9–15 controls.
- Can you deploy on our infrastructure / private cloud?
- Yes. Deployment options: (1) SaaS via Lovable AI Gateway or Azure OpenAI, (2) your Azure/AWS/GCP tenant, (3) on-premise / air-gapped using Ollama, vLLM or Nvidia NIM. Data residency: EU (Germany/Netherlands), Turkey, or your region.
- How do you prevent hallucinations in financial workflows?
- Multiple layers: (a) retrieval-augmented generation grounded in your source-of-truth data, (b) tool calls to authoritative systems (ERP, ledger, contracts DB), (c) structured-output validators, (d) evaluation suites with regression tests, (e) mandatory human review for financially material outputs. We publish accuracy and confidence metrics per workflow.
- Who owns the models, prompts and evaluation datasets we build together?
- You do. Full IP transfer of custom prompts, agent code, evaluation datasets, and integration adapters. LLM base models remain the provider's (OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Mistral). We can help you fine-tune open-weight models on your data if IP ownership of weights is critical.
- Can this integrate with our existing ERP (SAP, Netsuite, Logo, Mikro, Oracle)?
- Yes. We have adapters for all major ERPs used in Turkish and European operations. Standard integrations: read GL, journals, sub-ledgers, master data; write journal entries with dual-approval workflows. Custom ERPs handled via API or SFTP.
